Tocree Alloy is located about 80 km from Shanghai, in the Yangtze River Delta, one of China's most advanced manufacturing regions. Equipped with advanced CNC lathes, 32-position CNC machining centers, large centrifugal casting systems, and comprehensive testing equipment, we manufacture large, high-precision copper alloy components for demanding industrial applications.
Our centrifugal casting capability includes bushings and rings up to 1.5 tons in weight and 2,000–3,000 mm in diameter. For screw shafts and other cylindrical components, we can machine parts up to 500 mm in diameter and 3,000 mm in length.

Centrifugal Casting

离心铸造主要用于生产高致密度、高强度的圆筒类和环类铜合金产品，如铜套、轴套、套筒、铜环及管状毛坯。我们可生产单件重量最高达 1.5 吨、直径最大达 2 米的离心铸件。
Centrifugal casting is used to produce dense, high-strength cylindrical and ring-shaped copper alloy products, including bushings, sleeves, rings, and tubular blanks. Our production capacity includes centrifugal castings up to 1.5 tons per piece and up to 2 meters in diameter.
Precision Machining
精密加工
工厂配备先进的 CNC 加工中心，包括 32 刀位加工中心，以及数控车床和铣床，可将毛坯高精度加工成成品零件。
Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, including 32-position CNC machining centers, as well as CNC lathes and milling machines, enabling us to process blanks into high-precision finished parts.
Custom Manufacturing Capability
